Sorry for a noob question on this one,

[host a folder which has same structure as ms0:,]

Thanks and Regards

Karda:

I have noticed that you can't load nor save while playing ISO/CSO on USB host.

To manish:
I answer your question at the readme of version 1.1.

To Karda:
What game are you playing? I test some games, only "puyo pop fever" can't load savedata at wifi mode, others are fine, and I got no problem in usb mode.

Jesus2282:

I cannot get nethost to connect to a game. it shows up in the list, but when it goes to load the game, nada. does this work on backup iso? or just home brew? I am able to play music using wifi, but thats it.

Karda:

I was trying to run "Frogger" and "Need for Speed Most Wanted", they both failed to load. I will try to find the error and give some feedback here tomorrow evening.

Karda:

Right now I have problems with "Need for speed most wanted" (Can't either load existing save or save a new game) and "Frogger" (can't create a save).
Surprisingly the "Warhammer 40k: Squad Command" loads without problems.

Here is the error that I get with NFS (I have my saves on the hard drive):
* When loading:
Couldn't stat file /cygdrive/d/Prywatne/PlaystationPortable/PSP/SAVEDATA/ULES001
96001/ICON1.PMF (No such file or directory)

* When moving over new save slots:
Couldn't stat file /cygdrive/d/Prywatne/PlaystationPortable/PSP/SAVEDATA/ULES001
96001/ICON1.PMF (No such file or directory)

Would it be possible to use the MS card for SAVEDATA folder instead of the folder on hard drive? I would love that feature because I could have my saves always with me :)

Karda:
It would always use stuff in memory stick if it exist.
if system request a file, for example, a savedata, hostcore will try to open the memory stick one, if the file not exist, then go to the host one.
Actually, I got the same problem at NFS, it had been state as bug #0011, but what confuse me is why save/load work fine at most of other games.

Manish:

Thanks Poison...
readme of version 1.1 did the job for me....
it worked for me like a charm....

Great app friend....
Manish

Karda:

My files are located on the NTFS partition if it makes a difference but still there is a problem with the different games acting differently. I'm going to investigate the problem from the user side and try to find out if there is some obvious difference between working and not working games.

I don't have enough time to look through the code and try to investigate it from the developer point of view so at least I'll try to do what I can :)

chris:

how do you go about hosting a folder on your pc? that is the only part im lost on. my psp's light blinks so i got the connection right...now i cant get nethostfs to grab the connection. can someone explain how to create and host the folder you need on your pc? thanks!

Vexx00:

Is there a way to change the folder structure, or destination, or whatever, because I don't want all my files in Documents and Settings/User. If you can't tell me how to change that, that'll be great, or included as a feature in the next release.
